Job Description:

Our Client is a global business process outsourcer (BPO), specializing in customer experience and payment management, in addition to sales and marketing services across voice, social, and digital channels.

We are looking for Polish native speakers or fluent (C2) with a good command of English (B2) to work as a Customer Support Specialist in a call center environment in Lisbon, Portugal:

• Assist users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support issues via phone, email, chat, and social/messaging channels.
• Adapt the brand’s voice and tone for interactions on both private (phone, email, chat, messaging) and public (social, forums,
  - commerce reviews) channels.
• Respond appropriately to customer escalations, escalate issues to higher support tiers as defined, and document relevant case information.

Requirements

• Native or Proficient Polish (C1 - C2) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and team spirit.
• Previous experience in Customer Service or tourism/travel is a plus.
• For
  - EU residents, a valid work permit is mandatory.
