Job Description:

Our client is a global business process outsourcer (BPO), specializing in customer experience, payment management, sales, and marketing services across voice, social, and digital channels.

We are seeking native or fluent Polish speakers (C2 level) with good English skills (B2 level) to work as Customer Support Specialists in a call center environment in Lisbon, Portugal. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting users with Pre-Sales, General Inquiries, and technical support via phone, email, chat, and social channels.
• Adapting the brand’s voice and tone across private and public communication channels.
• Responding to customer escalations and escalating issues as needed, documenting relevant information.
• Providing excellent communication, empathy, and team collaboration.

Qualifications include:

• Native or proficient Polish (C1-C2) and fluent English (B2 or higher).
• Previous experience in Customer Service or tourism/travel is a plus.
• Valid work permit required for
  - EU residents.
