Polish Customer Support Agent (m/f) - Lisbon

Vertente Humana, a leading human resources management company, is recruiting a Customer Support Agent fluent in Polish for a stable and growing project in the logistics sector.

Tasks:

- Receiving and making telephone contacts to confirm and schedule
- ups of logistics equipment rented to small and
- sized companies.

- Providing information/clearing up doubts in a clear and empathetic manner.

Fixed
- time hours: between 7am and 6pm (40 hours)

Days off: weekends

Location/area: Areeiro (Lisbon)

Requirements:

- Fluent in Polish (level C1 or higher) - oral and written (mandatory);

- Good level of English or Portuguese (preferred);

- Good communication skills and active listening;

- Customer focus, proactivity and attention to detail;

- User-friendly computer skills.
