Your Job

You’ll assist customers with questions—from setting up products to solving technical problems—via phone, email, chat, and social media.

Your Tasks

• Talk with customers – by phone, email, chat & social platforms
• Answer questions – about lighting products, services, and procedures
• Provide technical support – before and after purchase
• Log cases – record details of each customer issue
• Solve problems – and escalate complex issues to senior support when needed
• Collaborate with teammates – to resolve support tickets efficiently
• Manage your tasks – and follow guidance from your manager
• Provide feedback – to help us improve our processes

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Polish and good command of English, both written and spoken
• Focus on resolving customer issues clearly and efficiently
• Patience and positivity, even with tricky problems
• A passion for technology and finding smart solutions
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
