We are currently hiring a Polish Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist. The main purpose of the role is to act as an advisor for Ad
Words campaign optimization for our client’s projects. You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual
- facing team.

Your Responsibilities

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for
  - value advertising customers;
• Create keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions;
• Gather and analyze data at account and campaign levels;
• Create reports to support or aid optimization strategies;
• Use optimization techniques aligned with customers' goals across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and You
  Tube;
• Identify opportunities in accounts to help sales teams seize opportunities and drive conversations with agencies and clients;
• Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies;
• Provide excellent customer service to Account Leads;
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying areas requiring operational adaptation or improvement.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Polish;
• Digital marketing experience (client service or account management);
• Ad
  Words Search fundamentals certification (preferable);
• Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of digital/Internet applications (Ad
  Words, Advertising, etc. );
• Critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail;
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to work independently and in a team;
• Technologically savvy—ability to learn, retain, and apply large amounts of product, process, and policy information;
• Passion for excellence and commitment to quality customer service.
