Responsibilities:

• Provide support to small and
  - sized businesses (SMBs) via chat (live), email, and phone channels.
• Make outbound calls when handling emails and recommend outbound calls for chat to ensure timely query resolution, in both Polish and English.
• Assist with

  - sales support for
  - service products.
• Support clients with product and tool usage to enhance their experience.
• Identify trends and resolve issues faced by multiple SMB clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Native Polish and fluent English language skills.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good team player.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
