Responsibilities

• Handling and documentation of outbound calls
• Contacting customers via phone to remind them to consent to their data being in the client’s database

Qualifications

• Mandatory: Polish language (C2 level at least)
• English (at least B1 level, written communication)
• Personality: communicative, committed,
  - oriented, team player with interest in the automotive industry
• Working method: friendly, organized and
  - oriented
• Experience: not required, but ideally some experience in customer services with inbound/outbound calls
