Join Mercier Consultancy BG as a Polish Speaking Consultant for Online Security Software in Lisbon. In this position, you will assist Polish-speaking clients with our security solutions, engaging directly to assess cybersecurity needs and help safeguard their digital assets.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Consulting with Polish-speaking clients to gather security requirements and provide tailored software solutions.
2. Overseeing the deployment and integration of security software.
3. Conducting training sessions in Polish on security tools and best practices.
4. Providing technical support in Polish and English.
5. Gathering client feedback and collaborating with product teams to improve offerings.
6. Staying informed on cybersecurity trends to advise clients effectively.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal.
• Experience in cybersecurity consulting, IT support, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong understanding of online security principles and software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze client needs and deliver targeted solutions.
• Technical skills related to security software deployment are an asset.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a
