The Project and Your Role

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Customer Support: You will respond to customer inquiries and issues via various channels like chat, email, and social media. You will address a wide range of topics, from account access and technical issues to general questions.
- Problem Solving: You will investigate and resolve customer problems efficiently and effectively, using your expertise and the resources provided to you.
- Maintain Customer Satisfaction: You will ensure every interaction is professional, empathetic, and results in a positive outcome for the customer.
- Documentation: You will accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in our internal systems.
- Team Collaboration: You will work closely with your team and other departments to find solutions and improve processes.
We are seeking a candidate who is a great communicator and a natural
- solver.
- Native-level or Fluent Polish: You must have C2-level proficiency in Polish (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with customers.
- Good English Skills: You need at least a B2 level of English to communicate with your international team, participate in training, and understand company policies.
- Strong Communication Skills: You should be an excellent listener with a clear and professional communication style.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You should be a resourceful individual who can analyze problems and provide quick, effective solutions.
- Empathy and Patience: You need to be patient, empathetic, and able to handle a variety of customer personalities and situations with a positive attitude.
- Adaptability: The ability to learn quickly and adapt to new software, tools, and processes is essential.
