Are you passionate about online advertising and technology? Join our client's dynamic team as a Polish-Speaking Customer Service Specialist, where you'll support advertisers using Facebook and Instagram. We offer relocation and housing assistance for candidates moving from over 100km away.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist small and
   - sized businesses (SMBs) via chat, email, and phone in both Polish and English.
2. Provide
   - and
   - sales support for
   - service products.
3. Guide clients on platform tools and features to enhance their experience.
4. Identify trends and troubleshoot issues for multiple SMB clients.

Requirements:

1. Fluent in Polish and proficient in English (B2 and higher).
2. Strong analytical and
   - making skills.
3. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
4. In possession of EU passport or a valid residence permit for Portugal.
5. Available to work onsite in Lisbon on a rotational shift pattern.

Working Conditions: This is an onsite
- time position: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break), on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday, between 6:00 AM and 12:00 AM.
