Responsibilities

• Inbound customer service for bookings, purchases of services or goods
• Assistance with concerns regarding payment, shipping, returns, exchanges, and customer accounts
• Management of changes, adjustments, complaints, and other customer concerns

Your profile

• Polish C2-Native and English fluency
• Willing to start an international experience – work abroad
• Able to handle confidential and highly sensitive information
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and team spirit
• Experience in customer service (preferred)
