About The Job

The T&PC Referential team supports and performs specific controls on Global Markets and ALMT business lines, as well as other BNP Paribas Group business lines.
The team manages many transversal tasks related to Referential data management.
In this role, the employee will work within the KYT (Know Your Trader) scope, ensuring BNPP Traders across all GBLs and regions submit their personal data into the KYT platform and configure Trading Venues used in their roles.

Your Main Activities

Administrate the KYT (Know Your Trader) platform.
Collect traders' personal information, including nationality and identifiers (passport number, ID card number).
Send this information to support BNPP's MIFID II Transaction Reporting mechanisms.
Store and distribute personal identifiers securely, complying with BNPP standards.
Support teams and businesses in their interaction with KYT.
Participate in projects impacting KYT referential, such as reorganizations, new businesses, and process improvements.
Reconcile referential data between KYT and other systems like Optimus or various Trading Venues.

Profile And Skills To Success

Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
Experience in referential data administration.
Knowledge of finance or banking regulations (e. g. , IAS classification).
Understanding of profit and loss concepts.
Knowledge of market fees (custodies, clearing, brokers).
Fluent English (C1-C2).
Good communication skills, both oral and written.
Analytical skills for investigating reconciliation issues.
Attention to detail and rigor.
Curiosity and team spirit.
Proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel.
