Portfolio Management Associate – Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and revising strategy data points for new investments.
• Support the strategic revision and implementation of ongoing business plans, participating in financial modelling and investment memorandum drafting.
• Coordinate and mentor analysts engaged in related projects.
• Assist financial structuring of the existing portfolio, liaising with banks and investors for capital.
• Reporting and KPI analysis of existing investments to support strategic redefinition efforts.
• Create and present a wide array of updates to Investment Committees and Strategy pitches.
• Perform market research and analysis.
• Support investor relations, having more autonomous interactions.
• Have a relevant degree of autonomy in overseeing the performance of simpler assets.

Candidate Profile – Qualifications

• Undergraduate and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering or Maths.
• 3+ years of experience in Real Estate investment or Real Estate investment management, private equity, M&A, corporate finance positions.
• Strong understanding of valuation methodologies.
• Relevant financial modelling skills and real estate knowledge valued.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power
  Point; VBA & Python knowledge valued.
• Basic understanding and skill of AI (e. g. , Chat
  GPT) for daily
  - life.
• Fluent in English (C1 or above) and Portuguese.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking.
• A high degree of perfectionism and attention to detail.
• High sense of responsibility and project ownership.
• Interest and at least basic aptitude for people management.
• Self‑awareness and a will to constantly learn and evolve.
• Collaborative and open attitude, contributing to a positive culture.
• Perseverance and willingness to work in a demanding and dynamic work environment.
