Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and
- oriented Portfolio Manager to join our dynamic team at Al
Ti. In this role, you will support the management of investment portfolios for our Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) clients, working closely with senior portfolio managers and collaborating with colleagues across Zurich, Lisbon, and other global offices.

- on experience in portfolio management, trade execution, reporting, and client servicing—while building a strong foundation in global financial markets and wealth management.
Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage discretionary portfolios, ensuring accurate cash flow management, liquidity optimization, and alignment with strategic asset allocations.
Trade Execution & Implementation: Support the execution of trades across asset classes in line with target allocations. Assist in monitoring portfolio deviations and preparing rebalancing trades.
Portfolio & Performance Analysis: Contribute to portfolio reviews by analyzing performance, risk, and asset allocation. Assist in preparing investment proposals, pitching materials, and portfolio review presentations for clients and prospects.
Reporting & Client Support: Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly portfolio reports, providing performance insights and market commentary. Assist senior portfolio managers in tailoring materials for client meetings and investment committees.
Research & Risk Management: Support investment research efforts by providing data and analysis to global Investment Committees. Assist in identifying portfolio risks and contribute to risk management strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across offices (Zurich, Lisbon, London, etc. ) and with reporting and operations teams to ensure seamless portfolio delivery.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field (Bachelor’s with strong academic performance considered; CFA/CAIA or progress toward certification is a plus).
1–5 years of experience in portfolio management, investment analysis, trading, or a related financial role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, performance metrics, and market trends.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling; familiarity with investment platforms and tools (e. g. , Bloomberg, Morningstar, Fact
Set, Addepar) is a plus.
Highly
- oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy, precision, and meeting deadlines in a
- paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams and present ideas clearly to both colleagues and clients.
A genuine passion for financial markets, investments, and wealth management, with strong intellectual curiosity and a drive to continuously learn.
Ability to balance multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and take initiative while maintaining a
- first mindset.
