Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and
  - focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
• Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions that meet the needs of our customers.
• You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with internal teams, and contributing to process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner.
• Provide product information and support to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• You must be a native Dutch speaker.
• You should have a business proficiency level of English.
• You should be looking for a job opportunity abroad.
• You should be motivated and committed to your work.
• You should have excellent communication and listening skills.
• You should be a team player and willing to work with many other nationalities.

Benefits:

• Type of contract:

  - term fixed term contract, renewable every year.
• Working hours:
  
  full time (40h/week).
• Monday to Friday, availability to work between 7am - 10pm, 8 hours a day (plus one hour for lunch/dinner), on a rotational schedule.

What's in it for you?

1040€ gross/month.

- A competitive salary excluding accommodation:

1298€ gross/month.
