As a Service
Now developer, you will be responsible for developing and designing technical solutions on the Service
Now platform within the scope of IRM, BCM, and Sec
Ops.

You will provide application development, maintenance, and technical support by following Service
Now platform best practices.

Main Tasks:

1. Configuration and coding, including UI changes, workflows, reports, data imports, integrations, scripting, and custom application development.
2. Developing Service Request process flows according to user requirements by utilizing Service Catalog, workflows, events, and notifications.
3. Creating reusable utilities to maintain
   - code development.
4. Developing Service Portals based on user requirements for custom applications using Service
   Now tools and modules.
5. Developing Service
   Now applications that automate processes, include customizations, integrations (SOAP/REST), scheduled events,
   - side and
   - side scripting, including Angular
   JS, to meet business needs.
6. Creating and maintaining system technical design and specifications documentation.
7. Analyzing and understanding user requirements and current procedures to improve system capabilities, automate workflows, and address scheduling limitations throughout the Service
   Now roadmap development and delivery.
8. Performing system and integration testing by providing test data for various scenarios.
9. Supporting analysts with technical feasibility assessments and
   - related inquiries.

Profile

Technical Skills:

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency as a Service
  Now Developer.
• Knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, Performance Analytics, App-Engine for Scoped Applications, ITBM, and Service Portal technologies.
• Familiarity with Service
  Now GRC/IRM, Sec
  Ops, and BCM is preferred but not required.

Language Skills:

Proficiency in English and/or Portuguese is expected.
