Work closely and maintain relationships with:
- Key stakeholders across AIG in Portugal to ensure alignment with the products and different functions in the company.
- Brokers executive to develop and
- up business initiatives. - Products to design thought leadershipinitiatives, trainings, identify alternative channels and schemes opportunities.
- Functions, products and CBE community to maintain an updated base of brokers, monitoring broker licenses, register new brokers.
Develop brokers, agents and clients strategies and coordinate with different areas to ensure alignment towards objectives.
Drive initiatives to improve the Ease of Trade and manage
-
- day business issues relating to customer and brokers.
Have a strong pipeline management and business planning.
Identify and develop
- sell opportunities for additional products and services.
Manage designated
- hoc projects.
Manage brokers database, monitor and audit of brokers licenses, and
- up new broker registrations.
Maintain a working knowledge of designated industry groups and the issues they face and be aware of AIG appetite for these industries.
Work based on team goals and priorities
Being able to: develop reporting tools to track performance of initiatives; create tools and schemes to improve ease of doing business in alternative channels, facilities, schemes; create product presentations; organize ad hoc events.
Job Requirements:
- Preferably a long experience in similar positions in the Insurance industry (Distribution/Sales department with Commercial Insurance background and or broking)
- Experience in manging brokers, agents and clients
- Business administration, Law degree or marketing will be valuable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and preferably in Spanish.
- Team player with interpersonal skills
- Dealing with ambiguity
- Results driven
- Capacity to generate influence among clients, peers or procedures
- Preferably knowledge on Salesforce and Power BI will be valuable
- Advanced Knowledge on office and similar tools.
