Customs Services Team Lead
The Team Lead of Customs Process Administrator (CPA) is responsible for coordinating and organizing the full range of customs services within a team. This includes order acceptance, registering orders, collecting relevant documents, and overseeing customs clearance and goods release. The role involves extensive internal and external training on customs legislation and foreign trade, along with daily support.

Key responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all import/export declarations, transit movements, and manifests.
- Manage financial activities relevant to MCS.
- Meet or exceed customer expectations within compliance controls.
- Monitor team workload, highlight risks, and coordinate with relevant teams for compliance and training needs.
- Approve holiday requests, ensuring adequate staffing.
- Arrange account coverage for unexpected absences.
- Analyze and present data reports to management and stakeholders.
- Review and update operating manuals regularly.
- Identify process waste and implement improvements.
- Support audits and customer meetings.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Support growth initiatives and participate in projects.
- Lead or participate in
- related projects and foster team engagement. - Act as deputy in the absence of the Customs Manager/Senior Customs Manager.
- Perform any other reasonable tasks assigned by management.

Your profile
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Manifest Platforms / Terminal Systems (JUL)
- Completed Customs Broker Order course - "Estágio Profissional de Acesso a Despachante Oficial”
- Knowledge of Gidwin Customs system, PT Government systems, Outlook, APM Web Mail, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to update and view data in Maersk and related systems (MODS, Kewill, FACT, GCSS).
- Familiarity with MCS Customs modules and My Learning, Workday.
