What You Will Do

• Attract and engage top talent through various channels, including social media, databases, and job fairs.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and suitability.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to align with hiring needs.
• Ensure a smooth onboarding process, helping new hires integrate successfully.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, acting as a trusted partner throughout the selection process.
• Manage recruitment databases and reports to track progress and optimize hiring strategies.

What We Are Looking For

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
• University degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and candidate database management.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment methods, including hiring profiles, assessments, and interview techniques.
