S provider revolutionizing the sports betting space with advanced sportsbook technology, premium data feeds, and a
- first approach. This role has fantastic conditions including an annual base of between 40000 - 60000 EUR annually.

To support continued growth in European markets, we’re hiring an experienced Portuguese-speaking Account Manager with a proven track record in sportsbook / i
Gaming to join the team in Sofia, Bulgaria (relocation required).

Your Role

• Manage a portfolio of sportsbook clients across the Portuguese-speaking markets
• Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and
  - term success
• Support onboarding, integrations, and delivery of new features or data feeds
• Proactively handle client requests, escalate when needed, and ensure high service quality
• Drive performance KPIs, product adoption, and retention
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support the commercial team
• Champion client feedback across Product, Tech, and Operations
• Travel occasionally for business reviews, partner events, and conferences

Your Qualifications

• Experience in B2B Account Management, in sports betting, sportsbook tech, or i
  Gaming platforms (Mandatory)
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
• Strong understanding of sportsbook operations, odds feeds, betting markets, or trading
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• EU citizenship or passport (visa sponsorship not available)
• Full readiness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria

Bonus Points (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
• Technical mindset and ability to translate features into business value
• Experience with API integrations, or B2B Saa
  S platforms
