Portuguese and English customer support advisor
Job Summary
We are looking for a
- oriented and
- focused Portuguese Customer Support Representative to join our support team. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to our Portuguese-speaking customers through various communication channels, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of inquiries, issues, and requests.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and phone in Portuguese and English.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handle product/service questions, order inquiries, returns, billing, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints with professionalism and patience.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records in the support system (CRM).
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal departments when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and customer support best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Portuguese EU native and strong B2 in English.
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a
- facing role. - Strong communication and
- solving skills. - Empathy, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Comfortable working in a
- paced environment.
