Portuguese Customer Service Representative – Greece (Relocation Support Offered)

Location: Greece – relocation support included (accommodation + flight within EU).

Job Description: We are looking for a native or fluent Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Portuguese (and occasionally in English)
• Provide accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Maintain a friendly, empathetic, and professional attitude
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Portuguese
• Good command of English (B1+ or higher)
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus
• EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
