About the Job

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist for the Portuguese market with expertise in marketing to join our client's team. The vacancy pertains to a social media project.

The project start date is July 4, 2024.

In this role, you will:

1. Engage with new and existing clients (Agencies or Advertisers) daily through phone, chat, and email.
2. Identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions to meet client business goals.
3. Manage a portfolio of SMB clients, focusing on revenue growth.
4. Research and understand client industries and business models.
5. Customize client experiences based on local business nuances.
6. Provide personalized recommendations and consult on optimal product adoption.
7. Engage proactively and reactively with clients to assess product performance and offer insights.
8. Develop expert knowledge of advertising solutions and share ideas for product and customer experience improvement.

   - sales assistance within your knowledge scope.
10. Identify trends, solve problems, and champion success stories.
11. Utilize various tools to drive client business success.

Working hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 17:00.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience, with at least 1 year in relationship sales, ad sales, or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of advertising and ability to build
  - term client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and email systems.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
• Highly motivated,
  - oriented, and capable of independent
  - making.
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and performance under pressure.
• Excellent client contact skills via phone, chat, or email.
• Native or fluent (C2) English level and fluent (C2) Portuguese.

• Employment Term: Contract with a foreseeable duration of 12 months, extended for up to an additional 12 months.
• Permanent contract after 2 years.
• Private health and dental insurance after contract signature (given that you already have a NIF and Social Security number).
• The meal allowance will be paid in a prepaid meal card and is exempt from Social Security and IRS contributions.
