We are seeking a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our clients dynamic team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing
- class assistance and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Portuguese.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Deliver a friendly, empathetic, and

Qualifications

• Fluent level of Portuguese (European).
• Good command of English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong communication and

• Ability to work effectively in a

• Open to relocating to Athens, Greece.
