We are looking for a talented and accomplished Real Time Analyst to be responsible for the intraday management of resources, ensuring the correct number of agents are available to answer forecasted call volumes at the desired service level for our clients.

As a Real-Time Analyst, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring the site to ensure optimal staffing levels
• Adjusting intraday forecasts based on business drivers to determine staffing needs by projecting call volumes, durations, and required staffing using current trends and historical data
• Handling exception requests, updating schedules, and responding to escalated issues and
  - hoc requests
• Performing duties inherent to the position not specifically outlined here
• Creating strategic recommendations to improve productivity while balancing service levels and costs
• Assisting in resolving customer complaints and escalated issues
• Leading and participating in business meetings
• Simulating scenarios and developing contingency plans for unexpected events
• Monitoring and reporting performance using various tools for multiple clients
• Creating and using templates for consistent and accurate reporting
• Communicating with various groups to share call outs and deviations

To succeed, you will need:

• Native or Upper-Intermediate Portuguese (at least B2)
• Intermediate English (B1)
• Microsoft Excel knowledge (mandatory, to be tested)
• Ability to communicate KPI data and forecasts effectively
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail
• EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
• Availability to work
  - site in Porto
