PORTUGUESE SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST (based in Lisbon)

DIRECT REPORT: Social Media Coordinator

SCOPE: Iberia

LOCATION: Portugal (Lisbon)


Our client is Sephora Iberia (LVMH), a global leader in beauty retail with 150 stores across Iberia. We are looking to hire a Portuguese Social Media specialist with a mínimum of 2 years experience as Social media expert within the Beauty, Fashion or Luxury social media enviroment, with creative experience creating content, adapting content generated by HQ , managing and scheduling content across social plataforms such as Instagram and Tik tok, optimizing performance tracking and strategy execution. This person need to travel to Madrid once a month for one week to interact with Marketing team in Madrid and participate in the general Iberia social media strategy.  English C1 level and Spanish médiun level is required.

MISSION

Support Sephora’s social media strategy by managing, optimizing, and scaling Sephora’s presence across social platforms. This includes managing an editorial calendar, collaborations, and events, as well as active community management through analysis and social listening of the fan community.


RESPONSIBILITIES

•               Collaborate in the design of the social media content strategy.

•               Plan, execute, and schedule the content calendar across different social media platforms.

•               Community management: active listening and monitoring of the fan community.

•               Propose special initiatives with brands or influencers.

•               Manage social media tools to optimize performance tracking and strategy execution.

•               Manage the relationship with the creative agency: briefing,
- up on proposals, and execution of creative assets.

•               Prepare and manage Sephora’s monthly reports, coordinating with central teams.

•               Support influencer and event strategies in coordination with the Communication and Public Relations department.

EXPERIENCE / TECHNICAL SKILLS

•               Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (ideally within retail, beauty, or fashion brands).

•               Strong analytical skills.

•               Creativity and strong communication skills; creative and aesthetic mindset with sensitivity to the cosmetics and beauty world.

•               Proactivity and
- oriented mindset.

•               Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

•               Trend scouting and solid knowledge of the beauty industry.

•               Content Management: Emplifi, Radarly, Meta, Tik
Tok, You
Tube.

•               Analytics: Reporting tools.

•               Software: Microsoft Office, Photoshop, video editing apps.

•               Organization Tools: Trello.


LANGUAGES

•               Portuguese: Native

TRAVELLING
