Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
2. Respond to client inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with team members to share experiences and improve the quality of service.
4. Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system for effective communication.
5. Assist clients during the onboarding process, helping them to understand our services and tools.
6. Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their overall experience.
7. Engage in continuous training to stay updated on products and best practices in customer support.

Requirements

1. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
2. Previous experience in customer support or a
   - facing role is highly preferred.
3. Excellent communication skills with a strong emphasis on client satisfaction.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a
   - paced environment.
5. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
6. A proactive approach and a genuine desire to assist clients are crucial for success in this role.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
