Responsibilities

1. Provide
   - quality customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
2. Promptly address and resolve client inquiries to maximize satisfaction.
3. Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery and share valuable client insights.
4. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
5. Assist clients during the onboarding process and help them navigate our services effectively.
6. Identify client needs and offer tailored solutions to improve their overall experience.
7. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings and customer support practices.

Requirements

1. Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential.
2. Previous experience in customer support or a
   - facing role is highly preferred.
3. Strong communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction and
   - solving.
4. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
5. Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
6. A proactive and enthusiastic approach to assisting clients is crucial for success in this role.
7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
