Your Role:

Assist users with
- sales inquiries, general support, and technical troubleshooting.
Communicate effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
Ensure policy compliance while responding to customer requests.
Escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
