Cross Border Talents is seeking European Portuguese speakers to support a major airline's customer service team in Lisbon. Join a multicultural,
- paced environment with rotating shifts.

Location: Lisbon (On-site)

Start Date: 5 June and 3 July 2025

Contract Type: CDD 6 months, renewable

Your Role:

Assist passengers with reservations, policies, and
- related inquiries as part of a reputable airline's support team.

Schedule:

Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 20:00, with rotative shifts and 2 rotative days off.

Requirements:

• Native-level European Portuguese
• B2 level English, written and spoken
• Excellent
  - solving and communication skills
• Availability for rotating shifts and
  - site work in Lisbon
• EU ID or valid residence card for Portugal

Compensation and Benefits:

• Performance bonus: EUR 150/month (paid over 12 months)
• Extra payment for Sundays and public holidays
• Meal allowance: EUR 7. 23/day (approx. EUR 159/month), paid via meal card
• Health insurance from day 1 (monthly contribution; free after 6 months)
