Responsibilities

- Deliver outstanding customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

- Address customer inquiries regarding subscription services, billing, and account management.

- Resolve issues and provide effective solutions in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.

- Participate in training programs to enhance your knowledge of our services and improve your support skills.

Requirements

- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.

- Excellent communication skills with a
