Workster is partnering with a global BPO leader to recruit Portuguese-speaking Junior Customer Advisors for a major airline company project based in Lisbon.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Languages Required: Portuguese (C2), English (B2 minimum)

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 08:00–20:00 (rotating shifts)

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage flight bookings – including changes, cancellations, and new reservations
• Assist clients through chat or social media during the
  - sales process
• Handle
  - office tasks such as ticket issuing and modifications
• Deliver
  - time and accurate information to help customers make informed decisions
• Provide outstanding service and support tailored to customer needs

Requirements:

• Fluent Portuguese (C2) and good command of English (B2 minimum)
• Availability to work on rotating shifts
• Willingness to relocate to Lisbon (relocation support provided)
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills
• You must already have a Portuguese NIF and NISS (tax and social security numbers)
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence card is required
