Job Description:
Apt Resources is seeking a highly skilled Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Chief Executive Officer of our client's dynamic organization. This pivotal role requires a professional who is exceptionally organized,

- level responsibilities with discretion and efficiency.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the CEO's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and
- up. - Prepare, edit, and coordinate presentation materials and reports for board meetings and conferences.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, partners, and team members in multiple languages.
- Conduct research and gather information to support
- making and strategic initiatives. - Implement and maintain efficient administrative systems and processes to ensure optimal workflow.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform various administrative tasks such as managing correspondence, office supplies, and other operational functions.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or in a similar administrative role within a large company.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in either Spanish or French.
- Must be fluent in Portuguese.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally with the CEO
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- A proactive approach to
- solving and the ability to anticipate the CEO's needs. - Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience in a multicultural environment is an advantage.
- Must be available to work flexible hours when required.
USD 5, 000-6, 000 salary per month (Tax Free)
Accommodation in Portugal will be offered after six months of satisfactory performance.
Visa and relocation support to Portugal for the employee and immediate family (spouse and dependentchildren)
