We are looking for a Portuguese-speaking (European)Customer Service Advisor to join our vibrant and multicultural team in Lisbon, Portugal! If you enjoy helping people and working in a

Your Role:

Assist users with
- sales inquiries, general support, and technical troubleshooting.
Communicate effectively across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media).
Ensure policy compliance while responding to customer requests.
Escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.

Work Schedule:
