Your Role

• Technical Assistance: Provide
  - quality technical support to users regarding software functionality and IT-related concerns.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office, Outlook, One
  Drive, Exchange, Share
  Point, Lync Server, and Microsoft Windows.
• Customer Interaction: Handle diverse customer situations with empathy, professionalism, and
  - solving skills.
• Problem-Solving: Use critical and logical thinking to analyze and provide solutions to technical queries.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest IT trends, cloud technologies, and software updates to improve service delivery.

Your Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Native Portuguese speaker with great English (C1)
• Technical Knowledge: Background in IT technologies, with
  - on experience or training in cloud technologies and Microsoft products.
• Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in technical support, IT helpdesk, or software troubleshooting is valuable.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong
  - solving skills and the ability to handle complex technical inquiries efficiently.

  - first mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively.
