Post Investment Senior Controller
Em parceria com empresa líder no sector da indústria, estamos a recrutar um Post Investment Senior Controller.
Responsabilidades chave
- Conduct financial and operational performance assessments of completed investment projects;
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure project objectives are met;
- Identify discrepancies between initial feasibility projections and actual outcomes, providing recommendations for future improvements;
- Prepare
- feasibility reports, highlighting financial returns, risks, and operational efficiencies; - Develop insights from financial data and present findings to senior management;
- Ensure compliance with management accounting principles and financial reporting standards;
- Utilize Primavera and SAP systems to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful insights;
- Contribute to digitalization initiatives by leveraging technology for enhanced investment tracking;
- Identify inefficiencies in investment processes and suggest automation or optimization strategies;
- Evaluate risks associated with investment projects and propose mitigation strategies;
- Support business units in making
- driven investment decisions; - Collaborate with
- functional teams to enhance investment governance and risk control measures; - Work closely with project management, finance, and operations teams to ensure alignment on investment objectives;
- Provide clear and concise reports to senior management and stakeholders;
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and effectiveness;
- Collaborate with local teams to gather
- time data and insights.
Competências
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, mathematics and/or engineering fields, such as mechanical engineering;
- Min. 4+ years prior experience in investment projects or business decision departments in cement, manufacturing, telecom, and energy sectors;
- Primavera knowledge and experience is a plus;
- Knowledge of management accounting and financial reporting;
- IT Knowledge of digitalisation, technology process and SAP/ERP, strong data analytics knowledge;
- Feasibility reporting, analyzing and
- feasibility analysis; - Able to travel to different locations;
- Critical thinking and
- solving skills; - Excellent command of English (verbal & written) and French for only Africa operations;
- Professional discretion and confidentiality;
- Possess a collaborative personality and be open to suggestions from team members;
- Strong time management and organisational skills and ability to meet timelines.
