THE ROLE

We're looking for a Power Apps & Data Visualization Engineer who will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions with a strong emphasis on layout, usability, and storytelling.

This is a
- driven role where visual quality and user experience are critical. You'll use your expertise to shape the visual layer of our reports and applications by translating requirements into clean, intuitive apps and compelling visuals. You'll be working on multiple projects to develop new reporting products, improve existing ones, and support
- hoc requests.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Develop Power BI reports focused on layout, usability, accessibility and storytelling (visual layer only);
  
  
  
  
• Design and build Power Apps from scratch to production, owning UI, logic, navigation, and integrations;
  
  
  
  
• Apply UX/UI, data visualization best practices and storytelling techniques to create clear, engaging user experiences;
  
  
  
  
• Collaborate directly with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective solutions;
  
  
  
  
• Work
  - functional teams to deliver and evolve reporting products and apps;
  
  
  
  
• Identify and suggest improvements in design standards, reusable components, and delivery processes;
  
  
  
  
• Research design/visualization tools, trends, and best practices to continuously raise the visual quality bar of our products.

SELECTION CRITERIA

Must Have:

• Experience developing Power Apps;
  
  
  
  
• Experience developing Power BI reports (visual focus);
  
  
  
  
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, data visualization and dashboard design;
  
  
  
  
• Critical thinker who is open to challenges;
  
  
  
  
• Team player andable to work in a
  - paced environment;
  
  
  
  
• Fluent in
  English, both written and spoken.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Experience working with Power Automate
• Portfolio showcasing developed Power Apps and/or Power BI reports

LOCATION

We're based in Porto, Portugal. Although there is the possibility of remote working, we are only considering people located in Portugal.
