What we are looking for

• Hard Skills:
  • A solid academic foundation with a degree in Computer Science or a related field;
  • Over 4 years of
    - on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate;
  • Deep understanding of Governance, Privacy, and Security principles applied to
    - code environments;
  • Proven experience as a Tech Lead, capable of guiding teams and delivering complex solutions with confidence;
  • Strong architectural mindset, with the ability to design scalable and secure solutions tailored to diverse business needs;
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation, regulations, and procedures;
  • Advanced expertise in Dataverse, DLP policies, and PCF components, enabling robust and flexible solution development;
  • Familiarity with Managed Environments, ensuring governance and control across the platform;
  • Experience with Power Platform Pipelines and their integration with Azure Dev
    Ops, supporting streamlined deployment and lifecycle management;
  • Knowledge of monitoring tools and best practices for maintaining platform health and performance.
