As a Power Apps Consultant , you'll be at the forefront of transformation, guiding clients in their journey to adopt and govern the Microsoft Power Platform with confidence and clarity.

O desafio

In this role, you will:
Lead with purpose: Drive client engagements where governance meets innovation, ensuring every solution is aligned with business goals and compliance needs;

Design frameworks that last: Create governance models tailored to each organization's structure, maturity, and regulatory landscape;

Build secure foundations: Configure environments, DLP policies, and security models that enable both citizen developers and
- grade solutions to thrive;

Deliver excellence: Lead implementations across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages, always ensuring alignment with governance standards;

Advise strategically: Shape platform strategy, from environment architecture to lifecycle management and integration with Azure and Microsoft 365;

Inspire and manage: Guide teams and complex projects with a focus on delivery excellence, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement;

Scale impact: Contribute to portfolio development by creating reusable assets, templates, and accelerators that drive adoption and governance maturity.

4 anos

Competências técnicas

A solid academic foundation with a degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Over 4 years of
- on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Apps (Canvas) and Power Automate;
Deep understanding of Governance, Privacy, and Security principles applied to
- code environments;

Proven experience as a Tech Lead, capable of guiding teams and delivering complex solutions with confidence;

Strong architectural mindset, with the ability to design scalable and secure solutions tailored to diverse business needs;
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation, regulations, and procedures;
Advanced expertise in Dataverse, DLP policies, and PCF components, enabling robust and flexible solution development;
Familiarity with Managed Environments, ensuring governance and control across the platform;

Experience with Power Platform Pipelines and their integration with Azure Dev
Ops, supporting streamlined deployment and lifecycle management;

Knowledge of monitoring tools and best practices for maintaining platform health and performance.
