Power BI / Data Visualization Engineer (Portugal-based)

We are looking for a Middle+ Data Visualization Engineer to join our Client's team on a remote working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, test, and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards for global campaign performance and data quality/compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with
  - technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear,
  - friendly dashboards.
• Work closely with data engineers to define and validate dashboard data requirements.
• Apply best practices in Power BI development, including semantic layer optimization and efficient performance.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in collaboration with the data engineering team.
• Provide user support for reporting solutions, triaging and resolving queries in a timely manner.
• Contribute to stakeholder updates by presenting progress and explaining dashboard solutions.
• Support relationships with
  - party data providers to ensure
  - quality data availability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proven portfolio of dashboards (live links preferred; screenshots acceptable).
• Strong professional experience designing and building dashboards, particularly with Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience working with advertising media or marketing data.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to create clear, compelling data stories.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Passion for the digital marketing ecosystem and the role of data in
  - making.
• Team-oriented, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across technical and
  - technical roles.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience with additional BI tools such as Google Data Studio or Tableau.
• Prior work experience in marketing, media agencies, publishers, ad tech, or client marketing departments.
