- solving related to BI platforms, with focus on Power BI, Tableau;✅ Experience handling customer inquiries and issue resolution in complex environments following ITIL principles;✅ Deep understanding of IT systems, platform security, and data protection regulations;✅ Fluency in written and spoken English.
