Responsabilities:

• Design and deliver
  - quality Power BI reports and dashboards with a strong focus on usability, design consistency, and performance.
• Develop reusable Power BI artifacts (e. g. , templates, visuals, components) to support and elevate the BI community's reporting standards.
• Collaborate within a large enterprise environment where multiple developers work on shared assets (e. g. , common semantic models).
• Contribute to the definition and promotion of best practices in BI UI/UX across teams.

Requirements:

• Advanced level in UI/UX with sound knowledge and experience in Power BI;
• Proven experience working in large organizations, particularly in environments where Power BI artifacts are shared and maintained by multiple developers;
• Strong knowledge of semantic model design, DAX, and Power BI performance optimization;
• Ability to apply and advocate for design guidelines and visual standards across BI solutions.
