? We are looking for a Field Power Technician / Power Engineer to join our Team!

What will you do?

✔ Report directly to the Project Manager during rollout and customer support (maintenance) phases to ensure timely and quality delivery.

✔ Install, commission, and put into service new telecom power equipment, including DC Systems, UPS, outdoor power cabinets, lithium batteries, and indoor rectifiers using internal management system.

✔ Perform site visits for maintenance, fault diagnosis, testing, and repairs on critical electrical and mechanical equipment.

✔ Develop technical guidance documents for subcontractors and supervise their
- site work.

✔ Provide prompt breakdown support and resolve issues with Huawei power portfolio equipment.

✔ Complete detailed service reports and support solution estimation activities through site surveys.

✔ Conduct
- on training with customers, engineers, and apprentices.

✔ Enforce safety regulations and complete required electrical testing and certifications.

✔ Validate fieldwork using internal tools.

What do we need from you?

✔ Deep knowledge of Telco Power solutions and implementations.

✔ Experience managing field teams.

✔ Strong understanding of safety rules for Telco Power projects.

✔ Knowledge of Network Management Systems;

basic sysadmin, SNMP, and networking protocol skills are a plus.

✔ Minimum 2 years of professional experience with power network equipment.

✔ Proactive,
- focused, able to work under pressure and in a team environment.

✔ Languages:

Portuguese and English (both mandatory).

✔ Willingness to travel as required.
