Job Description

We’re seeking a

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Model-Driven Apps and Dynamics 365 customizations tailored to business needs
• Integrate and optimize Copilot experiences within Power Apps and Dynamics 365 to enhance user productivity
• Build and deploy AI models using AI Builder for intelligent document processing, prediction, and classification
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows for process automation and data integration
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with Microsoft best practices
• Stay current with Power Platform updates, especially around AI capabilities, and proactively recommend enhancements
• Provide technical documentation, training, and support to
  - users and internal teams

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Model-Driven Apps and Dynamics 365 CE
• Hands-on expertise with Copilot in Power Platform and AI Builder (e. g. , form processing, prediction models)
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power Apps component framework (PCF)
• Experience integrating Power Platform with external systems via APIs, Azure Functions, or custom connectors
• Excellent

• Strong communication skills to bridge technical and
  - technical stakeholders

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate or equivalent
