Madoqua are looking for a proactive and
- connected PPA Originator to structure, negotiate, and close power purchase agreements (PPAs) with utilities, traders, and renewable developers. The role covers both physical PPAs from underlying generation assets and financial PPAs to manage price exposure. You will play a key role in securing
- term value and bankability for renewable and

- x projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and negotiate physical and virtual
  - side PPAs with utilities, corporates, traders, and developers.
• Originate and negotiate physical and virtural
  - side PPAs across buy segments for onshore wind, solar pv and potentially battery projects
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of PPA opportunities aligned with project timelines and revenue targets.
• Lead commercial structuring of PPAs, including pricing, contract terms, and risk allocation.
• Manage internal stakeholders including legal, risk, and finance to bring deals from term sheet to close.
• Monitor evolving market structures, regulation, and pricing benchmarks across key European power markets.
• Support strategic partnerships and investor due diligence processes with PPA insights and documentation.

Required Experience & Capabilities:

• 5–10 years of experience in power origination, trading, or PPA structuring.
• Demonstrated track record of closing PPAs with a range of counterparties (utilities, corporates, aggregators).
• Deep understanding of European power market design, pricing dynamics, and regulatory landscape.
• Strong network across the energy trading and renewable development ecosystem.
• Excellent commercial, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of financial and legal aspects of PPA contracts (e. G. EFET, CPPA structures).
