Through liaising with stakeholder teams, influence the success and implementation of marketing initiatives.

Develop and maintain excellent working relationships across all functions at all levels to ensure maximum benefit from
- functional synergies.

Monitor progress against agreed objectives, including financial, and formally report progress at defined intervals.

Monitor and control all budgeted product expenditure to achieve enhanced cost effectiveness and product value, and control and approve the work of assigned promotional design agencies on marketing initiatives.

Conduct monthly budget audits and reconcile budget allocations.

Create and manage content (photos, videos, website, and OTA content).

Create all internal communication (restaurant, elevators, events).

Organize influencer/media trips and visits to the hotel.

Coordinate social media communications and review performance.

Manage newsletters and track results.

Develop, communicate, and implement an annual marketing plan that supports assigned initiatives and aligns with the overall marketing strategy. Develop processes for all marketing programs to improve performance versus strategy.

Initiate, develop, and manage all aspects of marketing initiatives and standards. May independently direct specific product initiatives, including strategic planning, project management, implementation, evaluation, and training.

Monitor relevant competitive activity across all elements of the marketing mix and provide recommendations to management.

Accountability:

• Act as a key stakeholder for brand media execution.
• Collaborate with planning teams to support campaign development.
• Work with buying platforms to execute media campaigns and provide ad operations support when needed.

What we need from you:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related disciplines.
• Additional studies or courses in Revenue Management, Hospitality, Distribution, or Marketing are desirable.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Knowledge of resources and systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads, Canva, Buffer, Mailchimp, among others.
• Hospitality background is a plus.
