Responsibilities

• Control and update the inventory of used equipment, ensuring accuracy and traceability.
• Supervise equipment inflow and outflow processes, ensuring proper documentation and system registration, including equipment inspections and related reports.
• Coordinate inspection activities, condition assessments, and damage control of equipment.
• Prepare repair quotations to support decision‑making.
• Maintain maintenance records and history, as well as the technical documentation of each piece of equipment.
• Support the sales team by providing information and reports for proposals and sales processes.

Requirements

• University degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering (mandatory).
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or logistics management.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational and cost‑control skills.
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
• Availability to travel.
• Good command of English and/or Spanish.
• Driving license (Category B).
