Pre-Sales Consultant
We are seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant with a focus on Commerce or Website/Content Management Systems (CMS).
Your passion is to convince enterprise prospects and clients of solutions that deliver the perfect customer experience, utilizing platforms like Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore, Drupal, Magnolia, Adobe Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or other technologies.
You will bridge customer experience and technology, leading value propositions and pitches in collaboration with experts and sales teams, defining strategies, and crafting
- level concepts and customer journeys. You will respond to client requests, integrating aspects like Customer Experience, Data, and Technology, working closely with internal stakeholders and technology partners.
Key responsibilities
- Translate large,
- market buyer requirements into standard solutions, proposals, and cost estimates. - Develop value propositions including business outcomes and cases.
- Architect and manage complex projects involving multiple brand solutions.
- Analyze customer goals, needs, processes, and infrastructure.
- Apply sales principles based on business outcomes, demonstrating relevant experience.
- Articulate all aspects of proposed solutions.
- Coordinate and lead solution approvals.
Qualifications
- SOLUTION-oriented with a strong consulting background and commitment to providing optimal customer solutions.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in digital consulting or digital projects.
- Solid experience in CX conceptual work and digital customer experience practices for websites.
- Strong experience with enterprise CMS or Commerce products like Adobe Experience Cloud, Sitecore DXP, Magnolia, Adobe Magento, Salesforce, Shopify. Certifications are advantageous.
- Strategic thinker with
- level perspective skills. - Proficient in English (C1); German skills are a plus.
