The Role

We are seeking a
- motivated Sales Representative to develop the Iberian market (Spain or Portugal) . You will be responsible for building our dealer network from the ground up. This is a
- based role requiring active travel to visit agricultural machinery dealers and farmers.

What You Will Do:

• Dealer Acquisition: Scout and partner with local agricultural machinery dealers (tractors, implements).
• Field Sales: Visit farms and dealers to demonstrate FJD products.
• Market Mapping: Identify key agricultural regions and potential clients in your territory.
• Technical Support: Provide basic installation guidance and product training to dealers (training provided).

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience:
• Ideal Profile: 1-3 years of sales or technical support experience in Agricultural Machinery, Construction Equipment, or Automotive industries .
• Senior candidates (5+ years) are welcome if you have direct dealer resources and are willing to work
  - on.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering , or related fields.
• Industry Fit: You must be comfortable working in rural environments and talking to farmers/dealers.
• Skills: Strong communication,
  - motivated, and able to work remotely without daily supervision.
• Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel.
