The Role

As a Predictive Modelling Specialist at Indie Campers, you will develop models and algorithms to support
- making, identify issues, and uncover opportunities.

You will report to the Own Fleet Director and collaborate closely with Data, Product, Ecommerce, Pricing, Stock, Finance, and Marketing teams from our Lisbon HQ.

What You Will Work On

• Creating and developing predictive models and algorithms.
• Supporting forecasting and budgeting with advanced analysis.
• Developing
  -
  - end processes for model and algorithm creation.
• Collaborating with
  - users to optimize models continuously.
• Identifying departments that could benefit from these tools.
• Developing tools to measure the impact of models and algorithms.
• Collecting, cleaning, and organizing data, and analyzing customer behavior patterns.
• Initially focusing on developing capabilities for the Revenue department, then expanding
  - wide.

Who We Are Looking For

You are fluent in English, with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or Physics. You have at least 4 years of professional experience in algorithm and model development.

Experience working with large datasets (SQL) and Python for scripting, data management, and algorithms is required.

You will lead the creation of tools to automate
- making and enhance our reactive and planning capabilities.
